I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Michelle from A Thousand Paths - she is the most wonderful & amazing human. I have only had a handful of breath work sessions with her so far and I can honestly say it has been the most empowering thing I have ever done in my entire life and I truely feel that I have already come leaps and bounds from her guidance in only a short amount of time. Thank you Michelle for facilitating this beautiful journey inwards, I cannot put into words how immensely grateful I am of you for holding the space for me. Michelle just has a way with people, no matter the age. Connects so well with teenagers, makes them feel safe, heard and important giving space to be who they are and open up. She truly has a gift of helping others find their path to move forward and find a way to heal and build strength from within.

I had been having a really hard time handling stress last year coming into this year and it has been manifesting in physical symptoms within my body (tension, aches, cramps, anxiety attacks, and more). I had received the relaxing aloe Vera relaxing massage. The women who did my massage was lovely and gentle, she asked my preferences before beginning. I did not expect to experience such calm straight away, I am normally one who finds it hard to relax and within minutes I was almost falling asleep. The massage itself was fantastic, I will be going back and recommending this shop to all!

Absolutely beautiful space! Immediately felt completely at ease as soon as I arrived, the salon has a warm, welcoming feel, it is immaculately clean and smells amazing! Every part of my treatment was exceptional, I left feeling fully rejuvenated! I cannot wait for my next visit.

Let’s just say I am beyond grateful, I found this little place and the healers within this beautiful space. Along my healing journey, I have never experienced such a nurturing trusting informative space, for the first time in my life I feel like I’m truely healing and that feels Amazing.
