I could not recommend Anna enough. From start to finish it was so relaxing. She has a created a beautiful space of relaxation and is amazing at what she does. Anna was so helpful in supporting my understanding of reiki and the different energy I was feeling. I am already so excited for my next session!

From the moment I arrived, the Jo was lovely and made me feel completely at ease. She took the time to explain everything that was going to happen during the session, which I really appreciated. The space itself was very relaxing - the perfect atmosphere to unwind. What truly stood out were all the extra touches she incorporated throughout the massage that enhanced the relaxation experience. She found all the spots that were causing me pain. By the end of the session, I felt significant relief from the discomfort I'd been experiencing.

Returned to the spa after 3 months but this time to treat myself to a facial. I had a facial before a few years back but nothing of this level. The whole process was explained by the therapist before the treatment and during the treatment, mentioned what she was going to do before doing it. Many times she asked if I was comfortable…it was so relaxing, I must have dozed off a few times haha. This was an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful experience! The facilities were excellent. The spa was well decorated, clean, calm and modern. The staff were polite, friendly and professional. I enjoyed my floatation experience, it was so relaxing! The little touches like toiletries and tea after your treatment really added to the experience and made it feel luxurious. A special thank you to Kristine who was wonderful and really made my visit special.

I had an amazing mama to be ritual. Jo was so welcoming and the space is luxurious. I was comfy throughout and the heated water pillow and adjustable bed to ensure everything is just right for you really sets this massage apart. 100% recommend!

I booked a luxury facial along with my Mum as a treat. The team at Dragonfly were able to accommodate our appointments together and we were able to have our treatments in the same room at the same time with two therapists. The facial itself was so relaxing, and the products used tailored to our individual skin concerns. We both felt relaxed yet rejuvenated after our treatments and felt fully welcomed into the spa. I cannot recommend the setting, the team or the treatments strongly enough. Great for individuals, couples or similar and worth the money for a special treat.

This time I had the Deep sleep spa ritual- such a head to toe treat! Jo spent 2 hours helping my whole body relax, drift off, release tension and embrace the array of gorgeous aromatherapy scents. Such care and kindness goes into every treatment, but there’s something extra about this one that is the perfect way to treat your mind and body. Thank you as always Jo 😘

I have just had the ‘back to basics’ massage with Jo & I already can’t wait for my next treatment! From the second I walked in I felt relaxed, before the massage even begun. I appreciated that Jo explained how the treatment would go and what to expect. I usually really struggle to switch off during treatments however with the gorgeous spa music playing and the cosy lighting I could’ve easily fallen asleep! Thank you for the best Friday morning I’ve had in a long time. X

Amazing experience. I have visited Dragonfly several times and it is, by far, the best spa I have ever been to. I always leave feeling relaxed, happy and floaty. Physical pain (back) reduced and psychologically, I have improved wellbeing.

Sophie was friendly and professional. The massage was very relaxing and the Salon space was nice and welcoming too.

Veronica aways gives a very professional, effective massage in a lovely calming relaxing space. A great way to have some quality time for yourself. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing massage with the special brushes ect well worth £20 the treatment room was warm and inviting a small space just right felt at ease with Gem good conversation throughout felt refreshed and calm afterwards would highly recommend anyone to give it a try and I'm planning on having other treatments in the future many thanks x susan
