I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

I didn’t realise how much I needed this till I came. Honestly one of the best decisions I’ve made and I’m glad I got to start my health journey with you Tiniya! Everything was smooth, easy to book, and also easy to locate. She made me feel at home and her energy is unmatched. Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

Shelby was excellent in helping me with my first body cryotherapy.

I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. 2nd treatment date , once again the service was exceptional . Thoroughly explained how my daily habits will affect the back realignment process . Very different to chiropractor . I feel this is more intense and not a generic one size fits all service . Would 100% recommend Gurdev osteopath services . Post first session my pain at the base of my skull has significantly decreased.

This is such a gem in Birmingham, I only wish I lived closer. I feel genuinely grateful for the experience every time I close the door on the pod room.

Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight.
