I have been coming to Therapyfit for several months and Farah is helping me with my neck and shoulder injury. I'm very pleased with progress made and with Farah's attention to detail with my condition. She is also very friendly, gentle and caring. After every session I always feel almost brand new and super relaxed!

I would highly recommend Farah at Therapyfit Body Clinic. The consultation was very informative and was followed by a much needed sports massage. I left feeling more mobile and extremely relaxed. Aftercare was also great, Farah emailed me a list of exercises to target my problem areas to try at home. I have since recommended Therapyfit Clinic to a number of work colleagues. Thank you Farah.

Bal was excellent, we discussed my injuries, treatments and goals for rehabilitation and he made an overall assessment of what I needed from the session that day and in the future for my health. He was very knowledgeable about the biomechanics and different types of physical therapy that would help me. He was really helpful, and very good at finding all the knots that needed attention.

I take part in Brazilian Jiujitsu, football, weight lifting, and hiking, so my muscles are constantly tight. I have completed a 10 session oxygen therapy and 4 sessions of part cryotherapy to reduce my nostrils inflammation. And I can definitely see the health improvements. Not just the inflammation reduction but also increased vitality and energy level. I enjoyed every time when I came to the Active centre. The staff is very welcoming, professional and friendly. Tammy was amazing. I have been suffering with crippling back pain after a fall at work and the cryotherapy has really helped for the first time in over a month I can sit up straight. I saw results straight away. Tammy made me feel comfortable and welcome I will definitely be back for more treatments.

I thoroughly enjoyed my cryotherapy session and my muscles are still tingling from the procedure an hour later as I write this review. Shelby was very informative about the process and her friendly presence was most welcome throughout the experience as I was in the chamber.

I have been visiting Farah at least every 3 weeks for quite some time now. I originally came to Farah with an ongoing old injury that was causing pain and discomfort. As soon as I was having regular appointments, within a few sessions I was able to train as normal with no pain or niggles. I have noticed a huge difference and found the sessions so helpful that I really look forward to having them. I train at least 5 times a week so keeping on top of my recovery with Farah has been just what I need. I couldn't recommend TherapyFit enough!!

Had grade 3 ligament damage to ankle in September and physio wasn’t working found this place and after 2 appointments using Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy and using the isolated cryo treatment the swelling of ankle has come down a lot. For months it’s been swollen and difficult to get around. Definitely recommend and all staff are very friendly.

This was my first float so went into the experience very open minded and was not disappointed. I really enjoyed my float and was made to feel very welcome. Everything was explained really well. I will definetly be booking more floats in the future and would have recommended to family and friends. I can’t wait for my next float!!!
