First time I visited today. Had very tired, stiff muscles and joints. I asked Paula to go in hard as I really needed it! I was expecting it to be very painful in parts, and, it was…. There was a lot to de-tangle 😬. I feel absolutely amazing now! It’s honestly taken years off of me! Paula worked so hard to loosen everything up. I’m so grateful…. Thank you Paula and I will definitely be back ❤️

Room was so toasty and warm! The staff were so nice and the massage was the best I’ve had. She really used her skills and I felt very relaxed after. Especially my back which had so much tightness. Will go back for sure ! The oil was nice smelling too.

I enjoyed my head, neck and shoulder massage. At times it was slightly too deep and painful, I opted for a more relaxed treatment but wasn't 100% relaxful. Professional service, very respectful and polite. I do recommend

Visited today for realignment therapy. Thorsten was very friendly and informative. Took the time to thoroughly explain the process at the beginning and throughout the entirety of the session and answer any questions. Provided clear and precise instructions for after care at the end of the session. Very early days following the treatment but already some notable improvement. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family, looking forward to follow up session!

I have experienced immediate changes in my frozen shoulder- this is the first treatment that has made an impact. Roland was very clear about the treatments he chose and reasons why. I’ve booked another appointment. Highly recommend

Super effective treatment

Roland is a brilliant and I wouldn’t go elsewhere for acunpunture. He is really knowledgable and has helped me to manage a joint/ repetitive strain issue. He tweaks the treatment based on the symptoms and I definitely feel pain reduction and stress relief. Thank you Roland

Very relaxing

Acupuncture with Roland is incredibly relaxing and I appreciate the space he’s created in which to practice. Although the nature of my condition means that large improvements will take a while but I see. I do get a sense that positive change is happening and the treatments are worthwhile.
