I recently had the pleasure of experiencing another Reiki session with Claire, and it was again transformative. From the moment I walked into the serene, calming space, I felt a sense of peace that I hadn't anticipated. Claire took the time to understand my needs, creating a safe and nurturing environment. My second time visiting Claire and once again I am amazed by how at peace I feel, the first time I was very unsure on what to expect as I had never had Reiki before Claire explained it all for me and the difference I felt was unbelievable. Amazing !!!! This is my second time having the healing hour and it is just what I needed after feeling my anxiety and stress levels were slowly increasing. It is a full hour of pure relaxation, my thoughts and worries taken away. I feel like my body and mind has had a full reset and my body Energy is all balanced. Going once a month to see Claire @The Holistic House has been eye opening and the best decision I have made in a long while. I was slightly nervous before walking into my reiki session but as soon as Claire greeted me with a hug I instantly knew there was nothing to worry about. The room was SO relaxing and smelt amazing. Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!

What a positive first experience! I have never had reiki before but Clare was so lovely, calm and welcoming. She explained the process to me in a very professional manner. The set up of the room, atmosphere and music immediately makes you feel calm, comfortable and safe. The experience felt like a wave of relief, and has completely cleared my mind. Claire is a master at what she does. Relaxed and laidback, you will not regret attending one of Claire's sessions. It is not an understatement to say it has changed my life, and I am certainly much calmer having done it. Would definitely recommend and hoping to visit again soon for a peaceful top-up.

Fantastic, really knew her stuff and got straight to my problem. I have had pain for years and really feel like I may be pain free in a few weeks with Lucy's guidance and elbows!!
