Lucy is fantastic! She has really helped me with a trapped nerve in my neck, with massage, heat therapy, acupuncture, giving me exercises and advice on my work desk setup. Would highly recommend!

Can’t thank Lucy enough! Came in due to tightness in the back and left feeling a lot better. Played rugby the same day and didn’t feel any pain during the match. Lucy is extremely friendly, we chatted all the way through my session about different sports thing etc. just made me feel a lot more comfortable.

Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!

Amazing !!!! This is my second time having the healing hour and it is just what I needed after feeling my anxiety and stress levels were slowly increasing. It is a full hour of pure relaxation, my thoughts and worries taken away. I feel like my body and mind has had a full reset and my body Energy is all balanced.
