Bethany has fixed my lower back and loosened my tight upper back and shoulders, providing a calming quality service. I would definitely recommend and already have to a couple of friends.

I was unsure what I was expecting as a first timer but wow what an experience booking in for 2nd experience

Lucy is fantastic! She has really helped me with a trapped nerve in my neck, with massage, heat therapy, acupuncture, giving me exercises and advice on my work desk setup. Would highly recommend!

Wow! Words cannot describe just how amazing my reiki with Claire truly was. From the minute I lay in the chair, I felt a sense a calm and relaxation and I felt so much more which gives me goosebumps to even write. My late nan coming through was truly amazing especially when going through a hard time it was so nice to feel surrounded by good energy. What reiki does physically to the body is still amazing me! Sean began treating me a while ago after I have had a few years of chiropractic care, NHS physio and years of yoga. Sean quickly identified the problem and helped me understand that the physiotherapy given to me by NHS physios were too advanced and I needed a stronger foundation first. Additionally to this, Sean set about with massage\ manipulation to loosen up the lower back and related areas. Treatment with Sean coupled woth the exercises he has given jas managed to get me back to martial arts and feeling WAY better than I have in years. As Sean was to me... I would highly recommend him!!

I had the most amazing Reiki hour with Claire, from the moment I walked in Claire put me at ease and I felt instantly relaxed. The salon is beautiful and Claire explained all about what to expect and advice on how I might feel afterwards. I can say that immediately after my session and in the days since I have felt lifted, energised and I have slept a lot better. I would 100% recommend Reiki with Claire. I will definitely be returning and buying gift vouchers for family and friends as presents aswell!

Another amazing reiki experience with Claire including chakra balancing and aura cleansing. Once again I feel so much more relaxed as well as improvements with sleep. I am still feeling the benefits a week on! Thank you x

I honestly can't explain my experience. It was amazing from start to end. The energy and the healing I experience was something I have never felt before. Claire was so caring and professional throughout my whole experience, as this was the first time of having it, she explain everything to me.
