I have booked in with Sam on a monthly basis for the last 6 months or so. I usually have half an hour reflexology and half an hour back massage. I can’t explain how much I crave the sessions for my overall well-being and how relaxed and calm I feel following. Not only does Sam pinpoint exactly the areas that need some attention but she looks at you holistically as a person and listens without judgement. The sessions are like therapy in itself and I cannot recommend Sam enough!!

This was my second visit and it won't be the last. Sam has such a calming yet motivating affect on you . Her treatments are so relaxing yet invigorating which makes you feel amazing both physically and mentally. Duddde Sim made me feel a million bucks! I had the hydro facial thingy and she also used a light to help reduce my inflammation, you could tell she knew exactly what she was doing (unlike me) and everything smelt and felt lovely, and like super thorough!! My spotty skin feels so clear and fresh now I'm really so pleased. The only bad thing is that I now have to budget for this regularly 😆 love how it made me feel thank you!

I am a regular visitor to Sam and would highly recommend her treatments. My favourites are reflexology and hot stone massage. She is warm and kind and puts you at ease the moment you walk in to the most beautifully calming space. I won’t go anywhere else for treatments.
