I came to Bethan at Therapy and Performance Clinic with severe back pain. Bethan was extremely knowledgeable about my issue and was able to alleviate the pain and gave me exercises to do in between sessions. I would absolutely recommend Bethan and will definitely visit again should the need arise.

Had a float therapy session. Very unusual and interesting hour in there - in a very good way of course. Great way to completely black out all forms of noise and just focus on your breath while the stress just melts away. Highly recommend it.

Megan was incredibly helpful and informative when arranging my appointment. I had a great initial consultation and therapy with Steve. He sought information on my problem areas around my neck and shoulder, before working out the muscles really well. He communicated throughout and was really helpful with providing after-massage exercises. My shoulder and neck felt a whole lot better hours after my appointment, too!

Absolutely fantastic first experience at Spa Float Therapy. I came out of the pod with a significant release of tension from my lower back which I'd been holding for the past 2 months. Amrit made me feel very comfortable and welcome throughout the whole experience, and was happy to answer all the questions I had about this unique and powerful form of therapy. I've seen three therapists at MC Sports and Physiotherapy and they're each as great as the next! Today I saw Meg for a sports massage and it was spot on -right pressure, which eased my tight back & shoulders. Would highly recommend!!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my sauna and float session yesterday- the whole atmosphere of Spa float therapy is calm and relaxing as soon as you step through the door. The facilities provided are more than expected- face wipes, dyson hair dryer and straighteners! Great touch! The float was like nothing I have experienced before- so peaceful and relaxing and my body felt amazing afterwards (best nights sleep in a long time). I can’t wait for my next float! Thanks again!

I suffer with my posterior chain due to my physical job and training. I see Megan on a regular basis and she always rectifies my aches and pains. She's always welcoming and makes me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend a visit to MC Sports Therapy.

I cannot recommend Meg enough. She truly listens and gets to the root cause of the problem. She provides wonderful and helpful treatment as well as a tailored prehab and rehab program. I arrived to my appointment feeling very discouraged and left with a lot of optimism and more of a pathway forward.
