Excellent service from arrival to when we left. The float experience is already pretty amazing, relaxing and recentering, however the ambiance sets the tone right from when you walk in the door.

Vivien is fantastic, very welcoming and helpful. I love the white room and the atmosphere and vibe at Mederi. It is a good experience working from there. The relax chill room and being able to offer clients a discount on the float and sauna is attractive. Good not great star rating due to the ceiling in the White room - wires hanging out! Room could benefit from a dimmer light especially if I was working at night. Steps down to loos mean it is not suitable for disabilities. Chat in reception can be a bit noisy and disruptive. And no hand basin or bin in the room.

A brilliant professional appointment, with fantastic results!

I had a massage and manicure the day before my wedding. The massage was amazing and even though I asked Rhian to focus on my back rather than full body, she also focused on the backs of my legs and feet which was a nice change to other massages I’ve had. The manicure was also great and she even arranged for me to be fitted in later that day when I’d smudged three of my nails for no extra charge. The treatment rooms are located in the Voco Oxford Thames Hotel which is a peaceful and welcoming setting, it’s perfect for hotel guests. Rhian was lovely and she made me feel really relaxed.

What an experience! The floatation tank was absolutely amazing, I didn't know what to expect but what I got was an hour of absolute bliss! The staff were so lovely and made the experience that much better! I booked for me and my boyfriend, but I am an intensive care nurse and to say I've had a tough couple of years with the pandemic would be an understatement. For me, the floatation tank was a great way to reduce my anxiety and stress. I would recommend to everyone! Thank you Oxford floatation centre for the most peaceful hour I've had in 2 years!

Lovely experience, customer friendly

We had a lovely experience at Mederi wellness. It was exactly what we needed. The girls were so friendly & helpful. We used the Infrared Sauna & the float therapy. Being not sure about the float tank as a 1st time user, even though i relaxed, i would totally let myself relax next time. Will definitely use again

Writing this on behalf of someone else. They were joining me for hydrotherapy and it wasn’t something they would normally be interested in doing but they really enjoyed it and said everything was 5/5 and want to go again.

My therapist was amazing, great massage.

Everything about this experience met or exceeded my expectations. It immediately made me feel very peaceful. I enjoyed all the unique & creative quirks. The staff were brilliant and it felt like they were always on hand and focused on your experience. They were wonderfully chatty. I wasn’t sure what to expect from hydrotherapy as it was my first time but it really worked at giving me a long lasting sensation of inner peace.

Excellent, Rhian was lovely and treatment very good, so am giving 5 stars for that. Only thing to note that about half way through my massage the fire alarm kept sounding, which made it a bit less relaxing. Not sure if it was being tested on 24/1/25, but at one point it sounded continuously and i was worried I'd have to get dressed and leave half way through!
