First time having Reiki and with Michelle. Was not sure what to expect but I can not recommend it enough not only is Michelle lovely and but me at ease the reiki it so calming and uplifting. Makes you think of things differently I will definitely be back.

Always a pleasure to visit Michelle for reiki. The surroundings are welcoming, the treatment is incredible and I always leave feeling so much more relaxed than when I arrived. Michelle has a lovely calming way and you are instantly made to feel like you’ve known her for ages. Knowledgable and interesting, I always learn something new….today was about detracting negative energies. Thank you Michelle for a lovely session xx

Never really understood reiki...and still don't if I'm being completely honest, but what I do understand is the importance of relaxing and focusing on the mind and that's exactly what happens in these sessions. I somehow manage to shut out the world and drift off to a place of calm the come back around feeling focused, balanced and energised. Best was to describe reiki is; the therapy session you never realised you needed!

I have attended quite a few sessions with Anna now and she is absolutely lovely. Couldn’t have found a better woman to share my life experiences with and guide me through the difficult patches. Every time I see her she fills mind with so much positivity and I can honestly say she has changed my life.
