I was a bit nervous at the beginning as it was the first I’ve been in a floating Therapy but Lizz and Zoe explained the process and were very supportive. I had the whole room including shower to myself. The water was warm and the room was calming. Shower afterwards was great. I couldn’t relax too much but only because I was worried to go to sleep, it was so quiet and peaceful in there. I definitely would give it a go again knowing what to expect and definitely would recommend the experience to others. I even got a yummy sorbet at the end of free. Thank you for having me.

My top to toe massage was great. Very relaxing and enjoyable. I also had a b12 injection and was told good information before hand and advise for after the injection.
