I booked my husband a massage, he definitely needed it. He’s not one to be free with the compliments, but could not have been more effusive with the praise for Roxy and her magical healing hands. Not only did she sort out some major back pain for hubby, she even took the time to message us afterwards with some research regarding the specific issues he was experiencing. Cannot recommend her enough!

Hot stone massage was unbelievable! Natasha made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. First ever massage I've had and I'll definitely be having another with Dragonfly soon! I drive a lot due to the nature of my work so I have stiff shoulders and lower back but Natasha has been able to release my shoulders (right side in particular) and has given me my range of movement back! Couldn't reccomend Dragonfly and Natasha enough ❤️

It is always so good to see Sophie and to be in her hands. Every time I walk out of her treatment room I feel a lot lighter. I haven't had massage in a long time so this was a lovely treat to myself. The therapists was experienced and made me feel comfortable. So much so that I nearly feel asleep during the session. I will definitely be back!

My first visit to Om Holistic and Alaine’s lovely sanctuary. I had an Ageless Grace facial, which addressed my skin concerns and smelled gorgeous. Followed by reflexology, which was so relaxing it put me to sleep! Can’t wait to return for a twilight massage soon.

I had one of the best experiences with my first holistic treatment.... From the moment I arrived, Alaine explained in detail all the information about which oils I would be using and how they would suit me! I had a relaxing back massage and a wonderful facial! The atmosphere was very peaceful and I was given all the time I needed. Alaine is extremely professional and cares about the client's wellbeing. I would definitely return and recommend her.

Me and my mum absolutely loved the Mother’s Day yoga class with lydia, it was so relaxing and we both felt amazing afterwards. Lydia is the best yoga instructor! My mum also had a massage after with Sophie which was wonderful, she felt so comfortable and relaxed. Would 100% recommend wellnest to everyone for either yoga classes or massages!

Ayurvedic yoga massage with Roxy is such a wonderful way to start the day. Roxy listened to my current body woes and worked some creative massage miracles which left me feeling and moving so much better. Yesterday, I had the pleasure of experiencing an Ayurvedic massage and it was absolutely amazing. The masseuse was highly skilled and professional, and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease throughout the entire session. The massage techniques used were incredibly soothing, and I could feel the tension melting away from my body. The use of warm oil and herbal remedies added an extra layer of relaxation and rejuvenation to the experience. I left feeling refreshed and revitalized, and would highly recommend this massage to anyone looking for a relaxing and therapeutic experience.

Sophie was amazing, she tailored the treatment to exactly what I’d mentioned in the form. This was my first Ayurvedic yoga massage and she explained everything to me beforehand and I felt very at ease with her throughout. The assisted stretches were exactly what I needed. My whole body feels great and my skin has never felt so soft. I’ll definitely be back!
