I loved my massage and sauna treatment with Ann. The massage was amazingly soothing, with beautiful warm oil and lovely strokes that relaxed me immediately. The sauna after was great, I felt the toxins leaving my body. Ann has a lovely presence and she is so knowledgeable about holistic healing. She is definitely my massage therapist from now on. It was great having a consult with Anne based on current injuries. I had the pleasure of her services for previous injuries a few years back and it had aided immensely in my recovery processes. I will be going back to her frequently. She’s got an amazing energy and drive, providing knowledge based on the Ayurvedic practice. If you have not tried this sort of therapy before and are open to alternative therapies, I recommend you give this a go.
