Great Lomi Lomi massage by Christian this evening. Everything was explained in full detail and Christian definitely matched the massage to my needs, taking into account a hip issue I have. The atmosphere was total calm and relaxation from start to finish whilst encouraging me to focus on some deep breathing to further enhance . I highly recommend Christian for any massage that you may be considering. Will definitely be back for more.

Had a great myofascial massage with Lisa today after experiencing DOMS from my return to Pilates after a month away.
