A friend bought me the Pamper day package as I recently gave birth and this was my first time at the spa. It Aalooked wonderful and Mariah was very friendly. I was informed on arrival that the hot stone massage was not available as the therapist would need to know in advance, which I was not made aware of. Mariah asked me some questions and helped decide what sort of facial to go for. Both the massage and facial were lovely. A few little downsides, I was not given the herbal tea or bath bomb gift that was advertised as part of the package and a small radiator was cluttering the therapy room.

Had the best hot stone massage with Emma, she made me feel so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! Highly recommended! I also brought a really nice Amethyst diffuser and some crystals so all in all was a lovey birthday treat. Will definitely be back!

Gorgeous gorgeous facial and skin felt and looked lovely afterwards. I've had massages here and they're really nice too, but the rose quartz facial is really something special.

My friend and I booked hot stone and aromatherapy massage then candle making/lip balm workshop afterwards. Generally, the massage was the best we have ever had and the workshop leader was so lovely. We came away with a gorgeous candle and 3 lip blams each, plus lots of knowledge. Thanks so much! You might see us at your Hackney brand soon :)

Beat facial I've had! Couldn't recommend the deep detox facial more... includes neck and shoulder massage and a head massage.

A very relaxing experience, Emma was amazing to check in on me to make sure I was doing okay and I could tell how attentive she was adjusting the facial and massage to my skin needs. Will definitely be returning !!
