I've just had a lovely 3 hour treatment. The colonic was great, step by step I was talked through it. I finished off with an all body massage and facial. So relaxing and all the facial oils/creams smell amazing. Thank you....I'll be back!

Karen is lovely and friendly. Knowledgeable also, I found natural body cafe when I was researching for LDM massages post surgery.
