Location and facility was modern and updated. Customer service was great, despite language barrier. Was advised by stylist on hairstyle best suited for face shape and skin tone although it would've been great to see how they could've made what I wanted to do for my hair work too, as I came in wanting to completely make my hair shorter. ended up keeping length of my hair and received layers and changed my hair color, which was unexpected. Stylist took extra care with making sure my hair looked pretty though. Overall, I feel okay with hairstyle given to me. Still wanted short hair.

From start to finish, Her.Studio was professional and pleasant. I thought it would be a challenge because my stylist, John, was Mandarin speaking. But it wasn’t at all with the front desk person translating and was able to communicate the cut I wanted. John listened and provided his recommendations that fit my hair texture and shape of my face, instead of simply cutting. Because I went with John’s recommendation, my hair came out beautifully. I’d refer my friends here and come back again.

Dylan is very great. Eventhough we need translator but he cares how you would like your hair to be done and gives you the true advice to help you easier deciding. He even asked at the end if the style is correct as you were looking for. The receptionist is also very friendly trying to help us communicate and explain about your concerns during the session. I will come back for sure!

Aiden did an amazing job cutting my hair. He also recommended me a new hair color that complements my skin tone (he customized it). I love this color! Highly recommend booking with Aiden!

I had an appointment with Aiden, who took the time to discuss my desired look and offered helpful suggestions based on my hair type and skin tone. I appreciated their expertise and felt confident in their hands. Aiden was easy going, considerate and he kept it real with what my expectations should be after evaluating the goal i was trying to achive with him and what he's working with, which is a complex background on what my hair has gone throught in the pass 3 months. going to see aiden again in a month or 2 for future color touch up, im excited to see everyone in the salon too.

Love my haircut and color done by Seven! He picked a beautiful medium brown to compliment my skin tone, and a flattering layered cut that frames my face, and still kept my length, just as I’d asked. He and the assisting stylist working on me were both very meticulous, clean, concise and considerate in all their moves. (I’ve never had a hair color done so cleanly where nothing gets on my skin or ears might I add)! The entire salon also has a very sleek, modern and clean ambience, and is very well kept. The front desk gal was very sweet and helpful too. Thank you again! xo
