First time at the Royal York Spa and it was an amazing experience. I got a custom facial + face massage with Veera and my skin felt like heaven after. Veera has magic hands and Im convinced that I need a face massage at least every other month to flush out all the toxins, increase circulation and release tension. Highly recommend Veera and the Royal York Spa!

Love visiting Olenza Beauty Loft, I've been coming here for years and love the recent revamp they did with the salon a couple of years ago. Team is incredible, such a wholesome feeling when I visit. If you want an incredible hair service experience go to Jasmina, she's literally the best in the game, I've been blonde for years and I'm always so happy with the final product when Jasmina works on my hear. Also love coming for facials here, their whole team is top-tier. I come from Kitchener because I refuse to go anywhere else. They're also all lovely humans and very hospitable.

Bodyful is great! I love Mina! She is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and gives great suggestions on what kind of treatments you can have. I would highly recommend this place!

Nurse Meena was very knowledgeable and I didn’t feel pressured. Her treatment advice was realistic and I will continue to see her. The front desk staff are very friendly.

I had an exceptional experience at Royal York Spa - the RYS Signature Massage from Paul was incredible. He combined a variety of techniques including deep tissue, reflexology, osteopathy, and percussive treatments to correct imbalances. Highly highly recommend his services.

Fabulous treatment. Great wash and massage!!! Victoria has a wonderful massage technique. The staff are very nice and kind. While you can blow dry your hair by yourself, I believe that the staff should do that quickly but without the styling. A former employee of free, used to come over while I tried to style it, but he would dry it and also put in a wave, for free, just because. He was always fun and I enjoyed talking with him.I don't blame him for moving to a Francophone community as they have more joie and charm than Toronto. The exception is the staff here at Olenza's

I had an incredible facial at RYS followed by an amazing massage. My facial combined a variety of technologies to specifically target and treat my skin including lymphatic massage, ultrasonic scrubbing, and European facial techniques. I left with glowing skin and a sculpted and lifted face. The staff is so lovely and knowledgeable, the products are highly effective and smell great, and the experience relaxing. I highly recommend the treatments at Royal York Spa - all of the technicians are excellent.
