Anastasia provided a very thorough consultation, effective treatment and provision of exercises for me to complete at home. My recovery time was much shorter than I’d anticipated. Anastasia is excellent and has an amazing knowledge of the body. She was able to determine the cause of the pain by observing my muscle patterns and posture. Not only she gave me great treatment that released the pain, she offered solutions for long term improvement. She clearly really cares about her patients and helping them. When I met Myisha, I had never heard of wood therapy.. I love natural treatments, so I booked in. Such a lovely person, friendly, funny & very professional. Everything was explained in detail. After care etc.. I felt so comfortable. The difference after one session was amazing, such a change.. massive! I went to Myisha to help lose the bloat & weight gained from medication, she agreed that's what it was. It's so obvious Myisha loves what she does. It's a science to her, such a talent/gift. So I booked in again &again! Travelling just over 90 mins from Wales just to see her 🙌💜✨
