I had been suffering from a terrible migraine for days, Helen was brutal but seemed to know exactly what areas were in need of attention. My headache did not disappear but I have woken up the next day feeling a little better but also quite bruised. There was no consult before hand but they asked me to fill in a document with my allergies and areas that need attention after the massage, I’m assuming that was an oversight and maybe a one off. It won’t stop me going back.

Great experience like always at Tao in Bayswater. 1hr deep tissue with cupping has left me feeling able to move better and breathe better. The best massage I’ve had. I had Ivy today but all of the massages I e had there have been the best!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Tao massage. I had a hot oil relaxation/deep tissue massage and it was probably the best massage I have had to date. The staff were so wonderful and attentive to our needs and tailored the massage to us. We are so lucky, that this gem of a place is so close to where we stay. Will definitely be coming back 😁
