I had postal natal massage and pinda sweda/ kizhi/ steam at Ayur Health and was done by Dr Minu. She did so well and I recommend her to others as well. In addition one session with Dr Anu. Both are great experts. Thanks for the great session

Hi Ayur, Minu was very good and so was the marma massage! I would've rated the experience Great, if I was wiped down after the treatment. The other Ayurveda massage place I attended wiped me down with hot wet towels which assured my clothes didn't get oil on them 😉 Something to consider!!

Best massage I’ve ever had

I booked in for Shirodhara. I totally loved the treatment. It was really beneficial. I can feel very deep relaxation. Dr. Anu was very friendly and she is really experienced. I would highly recommend this treatment.

Felt so relaxing and all by body ache is gone for now, feeling refreshed. My therapist gave a good massage on requested areas and it’s feels so refreshing .

Dr Chand gave an excellent massage and it helped my muscle pains greatly.
