Great consultation and acupuncture/ massage treatment to break down scar tissue following knee surgery last year. I am pain free for the first time in a year! So so good. Lou asked what kind of massage I wanted and when I said deep that’s exactly what I got. She checked that the pressure was ok throughout. I really enjoyed it and left feeling good. I will definitely rebook

Amazing treatment with Lizzie after being terribly poorly with an upper respiratory infection. The massage has massively helped my sinuses and lymphatic drainage. Excellent deep tissue massage and physio advice provided by Safron

Saffron explained in depth what she was going to do me, by assessing and asking a lot of questions to sort out my problem before the deep tissue massage. Great advise afterwards.

Lou was fantastic. Great knowledge, expertise, professionalism and magic hands to.boot. Felt like I had a new pair of legs following my deep tissue massage. A monthly session with Lou will now become part of my trail running schedule.
