My deep tissue manages with Alison are always fab, she really helps get out all the knots and relieve a lot of tension. Highly recommend Alison generally, and this type of massage in particular, especially if you like a good pummelling to de-stress!

A profound experience today! I thought I had a pretty good understanding of how connected the mind and body are, until my session with Alison today.
