Shay was amazing. Super friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. I got a deep tissue massage done and she did an amazing job. I had a few knots in my mid to lower back and asked her to focus those areas. After the massage she told me it would feel a bit tender the next day and boy did I feel it! But after a day recover and plenty of water my back feels amazingly light and so much better. Highly recommend Shay. I will certainly be coming back.

Fantastic as always. I don’t know what I would do without Sharon. I have regular deep tissue massages for back spasms and problems whilst I wait for a hip replacement; ok it’s not a cure but I it helps so much to keep me as active as I possibly can be especially prior to surgery. She is so caring and I’m so glad I found her.

Amazing upper body massage today by Gemma, I knew the focus would need to be my shoulders, but not even i realised just how bad they were! Thankfully, Gemma worked her magic, even adding in some cupping (after explaining what it was and why it would hopefully be beneficial to me, and gaining my consent). I'm excited to see how it feels in a couple days when full benefits should be showing, and will be booking again soon! I know there are no quick fixes, but little bits each time with someone wanting to help is a huge bonus! Thank you!!

Amazing deep tissue massage!

Today was my second visit for a deep tissue massage, and it was an incredible experience. All my questions were thoroughly answered, and the energy throughout the session was fantastic. If you’re looking for an exceptional massage, I highly recommend Much Kneaded. I’ll definitely be returning for a monthly treatment.
