Had an hour sports massage. The therapist was very welcoming, skilled and made me feel like I was floating (which for me currently is bliss). Great deep tissue massage. I can't wait to return for some more R&R.

Only just had deep tissue massage with Iwona. Absolutely amazing. I can't recommend her enough. Felt like years worth of wear and tear were being zapped away. Every second of discomfort felt like pain saying goodbye. Highly recommended for any muscular issues. Fantastic. Thanks again Iwona Pete

The massage and exercises off Jen t have been amazing. I am in less pain and have so much more mobility! Feel like myself again.

super massage can't recommend them enough walked in to enquire and had me on a bed dealing with my issue straight away due to poor knee they did all sort to me deep tissue, hot stone and something else can't remember name off knee feels much better now but god it was painful but worth it
