Very nice nail studio. The service was good, but the hand and leg massage could have been better. I would definitely go back as the manicure and pedicure was very nice.

My first time to “Upscale Nails” and it won’t be my last! The studio was beautiful and such an inviting relaxing energy as soon as you walk in. I was warmly welcomed by the lovely receptionist who offered me a beverage and then taken care of by the lovely technician. My pedicure was so relaxing and well done, and the complimentary shiatsu shoulder massage while I had my pedicure was such a treat and way better then the typical “massage chairs” at most of places I have been too! Thank you so much for an incredible experience. I can’t wait to come back

Anna squeezed me in to her schedule last minute for a gel set and the whole service was fantastic! The spa is beautiful and everyone was so friendly! 10/10

First time ever and it was lovely - calm, gentle, pampering... both Aida and Shakila were sweet and attentive. The entire atmosphere was tranquil, and the manicure was perfect - nails look great!

Impeccably clean, perfectly done pedicure, great foot massage. Friendly staff. Definitely the best on the North shore.

Always amazing!! All the ladies and Ali are soooo kind and so precessional .The salon is immaculate and beautiful. You get treats and a massager for your neck and back. Today I had a manicure and pedicure by Shakila. She paid a lot of attention to detail and the foot/leg massage was amazing. I’ve been here I think 6 times now, and every time I come, no matter who I get, I’m always super happy with the quality of the work done. The warmth and excellence of all the staff is guaranteed. I have visited many salons over the years and can say that Upscale is in a league if its own.Good parking too!

Very good. The mani/pedi was very enjoyable and well done with friendly and solicitous staff. The facial and massage was very relaxing and competently done. It was a bit rushed at the end but it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

As always, my Lux pedicure experience was wonderful. The salon is filled with a very calm energy which I really appreciate. Nikki, once again, provided excellent service with an awesome massage and perfect pedicure. Very much appreciated!

It was great to be back at Upscale Nail Studio! I had Neda for this treatment - Lux Mani/Pedi. Starting with the manicure you choose your color and I went for a lavender purple with a sparkle on top. This particular manicure includes mask, hot towel and massage - I thoroughly recommend upgrading to get these extras! Neda’s attention to detail is excellent, my nails really benefited from her extra care and precise application of the polish. You are always offered complimentary drink and biscuit which is such a lovely touch to make you feel special. Thank you, I look forward to booking again.

Great service as always - Nikki gave me "party nails" for the holidays with the upscale manicure - nice massage, mask, and paraffin. Very relaxing atmosphere and I appreciate the little extras like tea and treats. Also, the essential oil diffuser is amazing; it always smells amazing in the spa!

A gift for my mother-in-laws birthday and from the moment we stepped into the door the staff and atmosphere were welcoming, kind and engaged. The salon provided a welcoming calm environment with extremely attentive staff who provided an amazing treatment with great massages and nails that are lasting (no chips). Definitely coming back

I have really hard skin on my feet around my heels & toes and I need a more thorough callous removal. I only noticed when I got home that it wasn’t the best. Other than that the treatment was very good and the polish & massage was great. And of course the girls are all so nice.

Loved the soft music and the neck massage "pillow". Wonderful friendly staff and very obliging. Zina gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. The whole experience was more than I expected. All the staff at Upscale Nail salon are welcoming and very friendly.

First time going and was completely wowed. The staff there was so lovely, and always checking in to be sure we were having the best experience. Not only is the space absolutely serene and luxurious, they offered complimentary massage belts that really took the service above and beyond. The one technician was struggling to get one of my nail perfect, due to a slightly frayed polish brush (such a minor detail I could barely see it), but was happy to do redo it numerous times over until she got it. Both my friend and I are already planning to go back and are very much looking forward to it!

I had such a relaxing experience today. The staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I enjoyed coffee and shoulder massage.
