Had a wonderful back, shoulders and neck massage followed by an Indian head massage. Karina was so welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the start. I would definitely recommend and will be rebooking in the future. 😊

A very relaxing afternoon at The Bay, i tried the Infra Red Sauna followed by a while in The Hot tub then a Back Massage, i have been experiencing quite a bit of back pain recently and these treatments are helping me so much. Thankyou looking forward to my next visit

I recently had the most incredible facial with Lydia, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I walked in, I felt so welcomed and relaxed. The ambiance was perfect—soft lighting, soothing music, and a clean, serene space that instantly relaxed me. Lydia took the time to assess my skin and tailored the facial to my needs, my skin is now glowing!! I’ll absolutely be back to try out all your other treatments! Lovely pedicure with Tallulah and fab eyelash lift with Sally - plus the added bonus of a super-relaxing experience on the heated massage lounger in between the appointments. I felt really well looked after and pampered - thank you ladies!

I had a back massage and Lydia’s Indian head spa and like always I slept so well after Lydia’s treatment and my skin and hair felt amazing the next day after sleeping with the hair mask, I love that you go to sleep relaxed and fully pampered, skin prepped and everything!
