This is the first time I’ve visited Motion Remedy at the new Hornchurch location. The salon is beautifully decorated, in calm and relaxing colours. From the moment you arrive you can see the attention to detail, complimentary hot or cold drinks, friendly helpful receptionist and spotlessly clean. I had an amazing hot stone massage by Gigi, but I will definitely be trying out the treatments available with the new therapists. 12/10!

I recently had a lymphatic drainage massage, and it was incredible! Gigi is professional and knowledgeable, explaining the process and its benefits clearly. The massage itself was highly effective, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and less bloated. The calming atmosphere and soothing technique made the entire experience deeply relaxing. Lucy and Ashleigh always provide amazing customer service and do a fantastic job at my eyelash appointments. My eyelashes always look full and last a long time. Shout out to Hannah too who is always happy to help especially with finding a product that helps with my sensitive skin.

This is my 3rd visit and I can't rate Gigi highly enough. She's extremely knowledgeable about the body and the treatments and massages are very effective to relief long standing conditions and realigning the body. The new premises in Hornchurch are very pleasant and comfortable.

Had my first sports massage today with Gigi. She is very professional and knowledgeable and seems to know her stuff. Have seen physios in the past but none of them gave such a thorough explanation of body dynamics, which made sense. Will definitely be making further appointments.

Hayley is just fantastic! The best waxer I have been to, fast, efficient and always very professional. Her massages are just the best… an hour is never enough and I’m always left so relaxed and de-stressed. Hayley offers a mobile service which has been so convenient as it means she can set up at your home and offer the same high quality service you would find in her shop. I would highly recommend her.
