Wonderful head and shoulder massage before having a cut and colour done. Always feel very well looked after - Kat and the girls always explain what they’re doing and why with colouring/treatments. Totally recommend.

I have been going to Catherine for the last four years and she is quite simply, incredible! I was in desperate need of my recent treatment after my body had been through stress and trauma, and I left feeling like a new person. Amazing! I’ve been trying out a few places for Thai massage and this one is the best so far (I doubt there will be better). We had a couples deep tissue thai massage. I had Anna and my partner had Dolly. We both left feeling amazing. Really friendly and they have obviously trained very well because it’s like she read my body. Every time I was thinking about a part of my body that needed attention. she was there without me having to say anything. Thanks so much!

High light of my week, soothing and relaxing treatment that chills me out for the rest of the day and gives me the best rested sleep ever. My treatment is fortnightly in order to keep my muscle loose and relax which helps ease flare ups of fybromalgelia and FND disorder. The additional lymphatic drainage helps detox my body and helps removes fluid retention which is caused by my kidney disease. Katie is a fantastic healer, her aura and personality is so welcoming and kind, which relaxes you and will make the experience more enjoyable. The set up is calming, cosy, homely and private.

Amazing! Had the authentic Thai massage (with pyjamas, no oil). So difficult to find in the UK but this was great, my back feels so much better. Definitely recommend and will be back :)

I was very nervous about having my very long hair shaped and some subtle highlights added. But from the moment I arrived I was treated so well by all the lovely staff, Tara listened carefully to what I wanted and made some suggestions. Throughout the entire experience I was made to feel special and cared for. The final result was more than I'd hoped for and I am delighted. Would 100% recommend

I’m always delighted with the way Nikki cuts and styles my hair. She takes the time to listen to what I want and is so meticulous. I love that she encourages me to return a week or two later for a tweak, really helpful for curly hair which has a mind of its own! A great head and shoulder massage too!

I had such an amazing time at studio 11! I booked in because two of my friends go here and it was my birthday and my mum was having surgery which I let Kat know and she was so kind. I was worried I might be late because I was at the hospital and she was really understanding even though I wasn’t in the end. She was excited to take on the challenge that was my hair that day and I really loved the outcome. A really nice touch was the neck and head massage. The whole atmosphere at the salon was relaxing, friendly and comfortable.

Absolutely incredible! This was undeniably the best massage I have ever received! Had a 90 minute full body massage, and I can’t wait to go back again! Katie is amazing!
