Just had my second reflexology appointment, so relaxing, lovely environment, calming, peaceful and I have booked another one. Honestly, Rachel is so good at what she does, ideal for peri and fully menopausal women. Rachel knows her stuff and that’s because she asks you, taking a small medical questionnaire and before and after every treatment there’s feedback and a chat to see how things are. She is so easy to talk to and approachable. Highly recommend for anybody wanting a calming, relaxing experience which leaves you feeling amazing. I am looking forward to trying out her other treatments.

I have been seeing Rachel for various treatments for almost a year. She has been fantastic from the start. I honestly believe the fertility reflexology combined with the massage treatments helped me become pregnant. Throughout my pregnancy and post natal Rachel has been brilliant in assisting with all the aches and pains as well being someone you feel you can talk too. I had a full body massage today from the very talented Gemma , it was amazing and just what I needed. Very relaxing although quite Firm ( personal preference ) she really gave my joints and muscles a workout today.

Absolutely lovely experience having the hot stone massage by Rachel. So relaxing. I feel great the day after, all the tightness in my muscles has gone. Will definitely have the hot stones again.

Sunbed was amazing. Has a fan on your face so it doesn’t get too hot. Everything was lovely and clean and had all wipes to clean before and after too. And free winkies for your eyeballs! I usually get so hot and bored after 3 minutes but lasted the full 6 mins with no issues. Thank you ☺️
