Fantastic, and welcoming on entry. My treatment, head massage, facial/shoulders which was very chilled with easy listening music.I would highly recommend to treat yourself. Thank you, and I will certainly be re-booking.

A fantastic treatment as ever. Rachel is always highly professional, friendly and welcoming and her knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Rachel is helping me with my current burnout, and supporting my body heal, I can certainly feel the benefits after every treatment I have. I love that I get to say how often I want to come, there is never any pressure from Rachel to have any treatment or up selling, I can chat or I can be quiet during the session, it's all very calming and relaxing.

I had a full body massage today from the very talented Gemma , it was amazing and just what I needed. Very relaxing although quite Firm ( personal preference ) she really gave my joints and muscles a workout today.

I had a pinched nerve in my shoulder and wondered if a back massage might help, Rachel got me in to see her quickly and had my shoulder popping and cracking in no time - she is not only a first class reflexologist but she absolutely knows what she’s doing with massages too - thanks Rachel xx

Sunbed was amazing. Has a fan on your face so it doesn’t get too hot. Everything was lovely and clean and had all wipes to clean before and after too. And free winkies for your eyeballs! I usually get so hot and bored after 3 minutes but lasted the full 6 mins with no issues. Thank you ☺️
