Have been coming to Nature Reflexology & Massage for quite some time! I always have the best full body massage & foot reflexology, I leave feeling rejuvenated and so relaxed! I would definitely recommend coming here, plus the staff are always so lovely and accomodating!

Confession: I know Mike, but didn’t realise he could completely relax my body with his hands. Visiting from across the pond, I was eager to drop in and have Mike attend to my regular aches and pains in my shoulders and knees. Just because I knew Mike prior, didn't excuse me from the professional consent and expectations chat that proceeded the actual massage... 🙌 ... and then the back, legs, pecs, arms and hands, lats, and finally my head felt like it was lifted from my body. As a result, I confirm my 5-star review... I feel Great!

Mike was really lovely and welcoming. Made the experience feel comfortable. checked in and asked good questions before the massage. Overall, it was a really good session. Helpful that you can shower after the massage. would return again and recommend to others.

We have been going for weekly massages for about 6 weeks and the experience has been spectacular. The massage therapists are very good and we've tried four different therapists and they're all very good at their craft. I've had a tight shoulder and forearms and the relief has been amazing. We would highly recommend Sanctuary.

In order to maintain flexibility and movement in my upper and lower back I have frequented a number of Thai massage services on the North Shore, I now get a regular 90 min Thai Oil massage at Sala and they provide the best friendly massage I have ever had. I recommend them very highly.

Mike is an amazing guy, and his massage comes from his heart. I have almost gone to sleep several times.
