This was my first time for a cosmetics procedure. Darren put me at ease immediately in our first appointment and talked me through the various options. I then booked in for a treatment and then a review appointment. Both of which were efficient and professional. Not only does Darren deal with the cosmetic procedure aspects but also talked through skin care and I have noticed significant improvements in my skin over the past two months. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Love this place. I booked a hair colour change and the consultation was really good. A colleague of the chap who was doing my hair checked to make sure the colour would work well. I asked if they could do a trim at the end which I hadn't been able to book and that was no problem then a great blow dry. They really listen and give ideas for what will work. Unlike a couple of other hairdressers in Greenwich they don't rush you at all and everyone is friendly. Came away with a great haircut and colour, while more expensive than some it is definitely really good value for money.

Darren is amazing! Was my first time getting Botox in the UK, and he went over everything with me. He also discussed my skincare routine and gave me recommendations, without pressuring me to buy particular products like a lot of a lot skin places do. I had my usual deep pore cleansing facial and Renata also used LED light treatment as well and I found my skin wasn’t as red or sensitive after using the LED treatment. Skin feels comfortable, clean and refreshed.

My experience at Beauty Concept was lovely, Joana is very kind and professional, I had full body laser treatment and it wasn't painful at all and Joana made me feel very comfortable, As a Black woman is hard to find a laser that is suitable for our skin I'm very satisfied with my all experience at Beauty Concept.

Dr Krasa is the most profesional super experienced and most loveable easthetics practinioner. I had lemon bottle procedure done and after very 1st session i started seeing results.
