Always have Louise wash and cut my hair. She is friendly and listens to what you want done. No coming out of the salon feeling you haven’t had a good experience. I would recommend and have been going for years.

Ellie always takes the time to talk through any treatments and colour choices. Today I had my eyebrows and lashes tinted for the first time. Ellie was fantastic and did not try and talk me into anything I was not comfortable with. So pleased with the final look and family and friends have also commented too how good it looks. Had a brilliant experiment with Louise this morning! She was attentive and kind with me considering I was changing my hairstyle after 15 years. Talked to me the whole time and made sure I was comfortable with everything she was doing! I love my new hair and will definitely be back in the future! My 6 year old wanted her ears pierced and I was recommended H&B. Lovely Angelina was great with my daughter made her feel at ease.. she gave her time to breathe between ears… lots of aftercare advice given… would highly recommend to others..
