I’m currently in london for exams and decided to look for the nearest place that offers waxing. Found this one and booked in, Btissam was the therapist and she was so lovely and cheerful. She was very skilled and followed all my weird directions of growth without me mentioning anything! Excellent service very quick, very efficient. Lovely lady. Thank you ♥️♥️

Masi was great!

Therapist was fantastic-fast and thorough. Fresha had quoted and charged a wonderful price which I prepaid. I was shocked by the 5% card processing fee that was charged to my credit card at the end of my appointment which was in contradiction to the EU's Payment Services Directive (PSD2) which banned credit card surcharging in the UK in 2018. I was not aware that this had been repealed. No, I am not asking for a refund but this is bad practice on behalf of Fresha.

I like attention to detail and I think my wax was not accurate enough however the lady (I don’t know her name) was lovely and friendly. Another thing I was a bit surprised was she stayed with me while I was getting ready (naked) for waxing (they usually leave ans then come back when you are ready) and I would have liked a bit of “privacy”. Overall good and quick experience:)
