Knowledge of Fiona is incredible. She identified the issue very quickly and instead of just massaging the issue area, she advised on exercises (loads of them) to do first so that the patient can manage the pain at home. The massage was solid and good. Felt fantastic afterwards. Highly recommend to anyone who has got issues.

Dr Ian is very good. He has got great skill of finding the sore spots and systematically working on them. Plus provides relevant advice on how to stop the problem. Highly recommended

Tracy was great, it was my first sports massage and she listened to my problems with my back and I felt relief immediately afterwards. She gave me exercises to do at home to strengthen and loosen problem areas and was very knowledgeable and had great advice. Will definitely be back.

Es war sehr wirksam, mein geschwollenes Knie schon nach der Therapie deutlich gebessert durch eine schmerzfrei, sanfte Massage und Triggerpunkte. Alles wurde sehr anschaulich erklärt, auch wie ich selbst Lymphdrainage und Dehnungsübungen machen kann. Außerdem ist Chris unglaublich nett und sympathisch! Danke Chris!

Tracy did a great massage, sorting out all my ache and pains. She also recommended stretching exercises to help with my niggling lower back pain.

Fully assessed, different options for treatment discussed, a treatment massage at time of appointment made a noticeable difference and exercises were agreed and fully explained with a time scale agreed.
