Lauren is always amazing. We changed my booked lymphatic and body contouring to lymphatic and sports massage as I was really achey from having a cold/cough ……… it was no problem for Lauren and I came away feeling much more relaxed and much less achey! Result👍🏻

I always enjoy my treatments with Lauren. Today I had a back, neck and shoulder sports massage which was great and relieved the tension in that area which had been causing me headaches. Followed by a lymphatic drainage massage which is lovely and relaxing, some of the benefits are instantly visible, others take a day or so to realise.

My sports massage was beyond rejuvenating, exactly what I needed. Lauren identified my tension points immediately. I am not the best water drinker but Lauren always makes me drink a glass before I leave. Highly recommend her services.

I had a lovely half hour sports massage today and then an hour lymphatic drainage massage. Both were lovely and Lauren is very good at her job. I thoroughly recommend her.

Fabulous! Lauren is so lovely and friendly and a very good masseur. I had a half hour sports massage which was great, she’s been treating my glutes as I get sciatica, this is a bit painful but the results are brilliant. I’m also on the second stage, so half an hour of Lymphatic Drainage, which is very relaxing and also showing great straits. I’m feeling better overall too.

Sarah is amazing. She has helped me through massage and exercises to be able to walk without pain, in a couple of sessions, I am so lucky to have found such a wonderful caring person to help me recover.
