Incredible massage by Lee. The room was relaxing, warm and comfortable. Lee made sure the pressure applied was always ok. I like a firm massage and Lee was amazing at getting the knots out of my neck and back. I feel so much better after this massage.

Kathryn took time to understand my situation, patient and explained what I needed to know. The sports massage I had was good, I would definitely book again. The shepherd hut is a lovely cosy space.

Always feel so much better after a sports massage with Kathryn. Went in with damage to my shoulder from golf and came out feeling significantly better. Friendly, welcoming, safe environment. Would recommend to everyone

I have been visiting Essence massage for approx 6 years now - mainly for preventative treatment but having had a 30 year lower back problem, it is always a great place to go when my back goes. Kathryn is very highly trained in sports massage and is always very welcoming and puts you at your ease. Lovely surroundings too in her shepherds hut - warm and comfortable. 5 star recommendation.
