This was my 3rd sports massage with Alex and it just gets better every time! I really appreciate how he tailors the bodywork to my specific problem areas. I have lower back issues and Alex does an amazing job of releasing tension points and stretching me out. Would definitely recommend! Looking forward to my next session.

I have been a few times and each time he has really targeted the issue areas as opposed to other sports massages when they seem do everything and hope for the best. Most recently I had limited range of motion in my shoulder and after a massage and cupping I left being able to lift my arm above my head without discomfort. Highly recommend!

Well, having not had a sports massage before, I'm kicking myself for not coming here earlier. I've had lower back stiffness for a while and Natalie seems to have needed it all away. They are a very polite, professional group of people who really care and listen while also having magic hands! Highly recommend, thanks Natalie.

Thoroughly enjoyed my Table Thai Massage with Flame! She was great, making me feel comfortable while going through the different movements and ensuring that I felt at ease at all times and able to comment on what I wanted out of the experience. Had the best massage experience with Marion today. Very professional and clearly an experienced therapist. The deep tissue massage was incredibly effective at working out the tension and knots, exactly what I was hoping for, and the facial left my skin feeling so soft and refreshed. Highly recommended!

Great Lomi Lomi massage by Christian this evening. Everything was explained in full detail and Christian definitely matched the massage to my needs, taking into account a hip issue I have. The atmosphere was total calm and relaxation from start to finish whilst encouraging me to focus on some deep breathing to further enhance . I highly recommend Christian for any massage that you may be considering. Will definitely be back for more.

Thorough sports massage. Holly very knowledgeable, identified scar tissue causing tightness in my calf quickly and has advised on best course of action to break it down and reduce it. Will be booking regular sessions moving forwards

A fantastic massage - very different and far more dynamic compared to traditional massage. Flame was amazing, and really explained each stage carefully.

Wonderful massage with Ruth who made me feel totally at ease. Lovely treatment rooms with heated massage table and hot stones . The treatment was for a painful back and neck problem. It helped so much with pain and tension and was super relaxing. She also gave me expert and informed advice on how to manage my pain. Ruth really has magic hands !
