Booked in a sports massage after running a marathon. Laura was great and I'd happily go back for my next sports massage. She offered advice as well afterwards which was helpful.

Laura is a fantastic sports therapist! She makes you feel incredibly comfortable and at ease from the moment you walk in. She’s knowledgeable, attentive and amazing at what she does. I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Great sports massage

As sports massages go I couldn’t recommend Chrissie highly enough. She takes the time to listen and assess the niggles and then gets to work putting you back together again! If you need a distraction from the pain (sports massages are deep working so no pain no gain) then Chrissie can always distract you with an amusing tale or two. I know my body is thanking me for listening to it and making sure I keep on top of these treatments.

Excellent results as per usual chrissie is very knowledgeable and always manages to maintain my shoulder injury. I was a little sceptical about her new machine as always had great results from sports massage, but very impressed with the results will definitely have this treatment again.

Laura has treated me for two separate problems now. Each time she’s taken as much info as she can from me prior to the appt and after the fantastic treatment she leaves me with advice and treatment keep up with between appointments. Thoroughly recommend!
