Had my first sports massage with Ruth today, to address stiff legs from running and sore shoulders and lower back. I'd be lying if I said it was enjoyable 😅 but it was very effective and Ruth is lovely and super-friendly so I'll definitely return.

I always enjoy my appointments with Emily. Great to catch up but also always have a good giggle at the same time during my appointment whether it’s laser or massage. Certainly helps put your mind at ease when you have a laser between the cheeks 🤣

Rene is friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to assess my mobility and posture and spoke with me in depth about my problem areas and what I can do between treatments to help with stiffness and sore muscles. She did cupping along with sports massage. I'm happy to have confirmed that I am very healthy 😊

Ruth is a wonderful, experienced masseuse. She took the time to understand any areas of concern and any potential impact from lifestyle choices. The sports massage was probably the best I've had. It really improved my muscle tightness caused by sitting at a desk for work and some sporting related strains.

Ruth did such an amazing job. I had a full body massage and a head massage at the end. Before going into the appointment, I had knots in my shoulders and neck which have been there for a long time. Ruth was very careful and soothed the knots very well, and it made me feel so much better. I came out of the massage feeling refreshed and physically relaxed, and my knots subsided ! Visited Emily today for my first ever sports massage after weeks of pain in my shoulder and the GP/doctors physio/hospital not being able to give me any answers. Emily was amazing, very professional and knowledgeable, she explained everything and what she was doing and made me feel very relaxed. After weeks of feeling fed up it finally feels like there may be an end in sight to my pain and amazing to actually get some answers as to what has been causing me so much discomfort all this time. Despite feeling it now I'm already looking forward to another session! Highly recommend, thanks!
