I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! I honestly don’t know what I’d do without Liv. I began having sports massages 11 months ago and have kept on top of them every single month and it’s literally life changing. As a massage therapist I am using my muscles daily as the pain I am in some days is awful, Liv always finds the spot and sorts it out. I recommend her to everyone. I genuinely love seeing her every month!
