I have had sports massages with Lydia for the last two years. Lydia is professional, knowledgeable, and the massages are effective in improving my mobility. I always leave feeling much better and receive helpful advice on recovery. I highly recommend Lydia for a quality sports massage.

Excellent sports massage by Lydia yesterday. She concentrated on shoulders and lower back working hard on the knots particularly in my shoulders. Feeling so much better today.

Incredibly helpful for relief from back pain caused by muscle tension. Best sports massage I have ever had - would recommend!

An excellent sports massage as ever. Lydia is very much aware of areas of tension and stress and is diligent in working through the areas to relieve pressure and knots that have built up over months and years. I have much better mobility and experience far less pain since my massages with Lydia and would not hesitate to recommend her.

Fabulous massage.

Another excellent massage from Lydia. After a 10km race yesterday she really focused upon the tension in my legs, identifying the particular areas around my quads. Feel very refreshed and loose after it. We also continued to work on my upper back and released some further pockets of tension. Thank you as ever Lydia. Cannot recommend you enough.

I had a deep tissue massage yesterday for the first time. Lydia was great, she made me feel very comfortable and worked on my shoulders and neck where I needed it the most. Lydia was really helpful and also gave me great advice for my muscle pains and also the headaches I get that are caused from my muscle pain. I would recommend!
