From the post booking call through to the massage itself Rico was amazing. So kind and thoughtful. I booked in at the MMA gym (which isn’t for everyone, but I gym here and love it). I had knee replacement surgery a year ago, Rico had done his homework and managed to work out my kinks and also gave me some stretching homework to do before the next appointment (of which I’m sure there will be many!). Brilliant, thank you so much Rico!

Since having massages with Aaron, I have noticed such a difference in my mood and posture. He is very professional and the room and towels are always immaculate which I really value when I seek a good masseuse! I would really recommend booking with him.

I walked into Maitri today feeling low & full of muscular pain & left feeling so much better & so chilled out! 🤗 I had an amazing mini back, neck & shoulder massage & a lush express facial by Kerrie who was so friendly & professional ☺️ I feel so much better & looking forward to my next therapy! Rico was really knowledgeable and passionate to diagnose the issue I had with my back and work on a plan to resolve it. I feel a huge difference in my back after the treatment, and will be returning for routine massages to supplement my training in Jiu-Jitsu & running.

Jenny was so friendly and knowledgeable, the sports massage was great and now I feel ready for running the Chester marathon this weekend. Thank you!

First time having a massage with Meesha, but I've known her for some time so I knew I was in safe hands (excuse the pun). I felt very relaxed afterwards and Meesha provided useful aftercare information. Just what I needed during a busy week. 100 percent recommend especially if you do aerial sports like I do.

Highly recommended. Rebecca is a professional and a very thorough practitioner, she understood the problems I had and got to work immediately giving me instant relief. As much as I actually dislike sports massage, Rebecca made me feel really comfortable and I'll definitely be re-booking. Thanks Rebecca!

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly, I knew I was in safe hands figuratively and literally. During the session Jenny completed a verbal and then a physical assessment to identify the problem areas. Throughput the session everything was explained very clearly, from the root causes of my issue to the rehabilitation plan. A family member recommended Jenny to me and I would also recommend her to anyone who reads this review and is in need of physiotherapy, sports massage etc.

Every time I have been to see Jenny it has been clear that she is very passionate about her work as a sports masseuse/therapist and that she genuinely cares about her customers/patients. I have already mentioned in a previous review how professional, friendly and helpful Jenny is, and how incredibly lovely she is, and this was confirmed once again during my latest visit to JM Sports Massage.

Just had an amazing Indian head massage with Aaron. Aaron was super friendly, professional and took time to explain the way he performs the treatment. The treatment room was very comfortable, and Aaron explained the different essential oils he was using. All round one of the best Indian head massages I’ve had and I would highly recommend.
