I booked a two hour session with Laura because I needed help dealing with a number of historic and one new sports related injury. I hadn't realised how tight some of my muscles were but through massage and manipulation of my limbs, Laura was able to work on all these areas and just loosen some of that tension in my body. I am looking forward to the next session and would recommend the service to anyone that wants to give their body some care and attention.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a massage, body polish, reflexology and Brightening from Emm, and it was truly an incredible experience. From the moment I walked into the spa, I felt welcomed and at ease. Everyone greeted me with a warm smile and led me to a private room where I could relax before the massage. Emm has an incredible touch, and her technique is both skilled and intuitive. She listened to my needs, leaving me feeling deeply relaxed and rejuvenated. I had a great sports massage in the comfort of my own home. Laura was professional and knowledgeable and gave me good advice and a range of exercises to follow. I will definitely be booking another session soon!

Fantastic, very friendly and professional service, I felt relaxed at all times and the clinic premises work well, more importantly the massage was the best Ive ever had.

I had Back Waxing and a 90min Deep tissue massage and stretchings with Val. He expertly delivered the treatment and was very intuitive on treating my shoulders and upper back where I carry a lot of tension, addressed all the issues I had and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Impeccably clean environment and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended
