It was my first time visiting Jenny, she created a lovely relaxed atmosphere and was super friendly. We went through a consultation before starting my treatment to know more about why I had selected the sports massage and to truly cater to my needs. The treatment itself was amazing- although sports massages are not relaxing, I really enjoyed the experience! Jenny is really knowledgable and it’s evident in her treatments ☺️ 1000% recommend! Lucy is fantastic! She has really helped me with a trapped nerve in my neck, with massage, heat therapy, acupuncture, giving me exercises and advice on my work desk setup. Would highly recommend!
