Jack explained everything perfectly and sought out my opinion about where needed worked on. Never awkward and totally laid back. I feel so much looser - I'll definitely be back 🩷

I have had three massages and a facial so far from Grace and after each one I feel so much better. Ella was great with sports massage working on tight areas of calves and shoulders. Always checking the pressure was not too great. Afterwards she explained where the specific tighter points were and how to look after myself after a deep massage re hydration and food. I feel a lot freer 11 hours later when writing this.
