The most amazing experience with Paola. She was very welcoming and friendly upon arrival and went through what she would be doing in the treatment. Really lovely experience, being 38 weeks pregnant having a tailored foot and leg massage and exfoliation was just what I needed, it was relaxing, peaceful and very professional. I will definitely return & recommend!!

Absolutely amazing treatment at Fresha Glam and Glo yesterday. I wasn't sure what to expect, as I've not had massages before , but Paola soon put me at ease, asking questions and getting a general idea of my needs. I had a general back and full body massage with oils then she put on the hot stones which were wow!!!! What can I say?!!! I felt fully rejuvenated and refreshed !! Thank you, Paola XX

After a very stressful couple of days, I now feel totally chilled following a head massage! Paola is simply the best.

I wanted a natural manicure and Paola did not disappoint. My nails look great and the hand massage was lovely.

What an amazing treatment. The massage is like nothing else I’ve had before - really deep and firm - feels like you are being squeezed like a tube of toothpaste but in a really nice way. Feel lighter and more contoured straight away.

This was my first time using the pressure suit (not sure if that’s its real name) so wasn’t sure of what to expect, if you enjoy a squeeze (tight cuddles) then I would recommend it, Paola’s was very informative and advised on all the benefits of the treatments and what to expect. Next time I would possible look at having a face/head massage at the same time as the tranquil sounds playing, provided a relaxing environment. Glam and Glow Beauty Lab provided a welcoming and enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend visiting them. Loved it. Thank you
