Steph is so knowledgeable and helpful about any condition that you present her. A really excellent massage and treatment.

Just had a deep tissue massage with Janka and every time it gets better she frees knots and aches that come with getting old . I am booked in for a reflexology treatment just before Christmas and that will allow me to enjoy Christmas with not as much pain and discomfort which I am very grateful for.
