I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! It felt like a weight was lifted from my head and it was amazing! Thank you Sophie you are really knowledgable and helped me so much! I feel like I’ve got a new head! Hands down have to commend Lisa for what she does.She’s remarkable at relaxing & channeling her clients.I had my first Reiki massage & this involved crystals being placed all over me. To begin with, I was very wary of the whole process.I never did something like this before so I was all very new to it.I didn’t know what to expect I had to do some research beforehand however, half way through I was flourished and by time I felt the surface & wave connect, she went around every body part erasing the negative energy.I worked on inner focus, breathing & circulation (regulate recharge).10/10 wow✨🪐🔮
