After suffering with a non-stop headache for months I decided to take a chance and got a massage/acupuncture course from Liam over at Peak Performance. It turned out to be by far the most effective pain relief I've had since it's started. I will definitely be booking another session sometime in the near future. Thanks again.

I suffer with tension headaches and migraines tried massage and medication but it didn’t help, I had a session of acupuncture with Sophie and she knew exactly what to do! Cant speak highly enough of the service and conversations with Liam both about the knowledge of the affected area for the massage and acupuncture and then the personal conversations in between talking about what is being done to improve the effected area.
